basically if u get a new know what you are doin and if not have someone look at it for you and test drive the car for a long distance and see how it responds. but also guys you have to remember if u get a new car u will pay more but whenever u go to a mitsu dealer they hardly let anyway drive the evos even the used so the new ones especially the rare editions like the mr probably wont even be driven.

get a brand new car.. i agree that buying new is a big hit financially when you drive it out, but its the only way to have peace of mind that the car wasnt hammered on by someone else....

or do what did, go look for a brand new untitlted, unregistered '03, there are a few still out there, i got mine one week ago with 6 miles on it for $24,900... rally red with moonroof and low spoiler.. gotta love the HID's + the warranty starts now....

I'd guess that finding a new untitled unregistered 03 would be extremely hard if not impossible to find in such a large metropolis as Los Angeles/SoCal
