It's a big pain in the azz. I had a Tein Flex coil over suspension with EDFC in my 350Z. The shock damping force is adjustable from an electronic box next to the steering column, but ride height is a whole different story.

You have to do it manually. You jack up each corner, and take two special wrenches that come with the coil overs, and you might need a hammer if they are really tight. You loosen the two threaded sleeves by separating them with the wrenches, then move one up or down as desired, and tighten them back together. Then repeat the process on the other three corners.

Have fun.

so i loosened the two sleeves at the end of the spring and lowered both of them down about an inch to lower the spring, however when i did this the pressure on the spring released, now i can move the spring up and down with my hand. how do i put tension back into the spring once i move the two sleeves at the bottom of the spring down to where i want them.
