They increased my rate 3 times in 1 year, so I ended up dropping them for progressive. I received a bill for $3 so when I called to pay it, they tried to get me to stay with them and gave me a lower rate then progressive. I was like wtf, and just said no thanks. They are scammers imo, Im never going with them again.
