Warranty question...

If you go to the dealer for an apparent problem, and if they find/dont find, fix/dont fix anything, are they liable to charge you? thanks

they will try and if you ok them to do it with a preset amount to spend or something along those lines they mite charge u the labor fee for them looking at the car wich is bs in my opinion.

No .... if they don't have to do mechanical work to open up parts, eg: sitting in the car with you as you drive to describe the problem .... yes if the have to open up the car ... cause you just wasted their time ...
