Not to put your business down... but I believe Quicktime Performance sells the 3" cut-outs, with butterfly screws for the cut-out, gaskets, etc... for like $35 or $40... it's where I got mine from.

eh, they don't sound good at all in person. Have you ever heard a 4cyl with an open downpipe? sounds lieka pulpwood truck. i didn't do mine for the sound, i did it for the raw POWAH. i think it sounds liek crapola
