Torque spec for o2 housing bolts

i am installing a downpipe and i am just wondering the torques specs for the o2 housing bolts and the bolts that connect to the exhaust. Thanks

37 +/- 7 ft-lbs for DP to cat
111 +/- 22 in-lbs for DP hangers

till there tight with loctite..that is if your doin it on the car.. if not then use t-wrench..and a little loctite..
