Oh ya, thanks for enlightening me on the commercial rap vs. actual rap thing, I thought that the commercial rap artists just sucked at rapping, not that they didn't really care about what the hell they were saying. Ma$e's songs make me laugh, with such lyrics as "player please, I'm the macaroni with the cheese." Yes, I have listened to Lil' Jon, and often wonder if he's smoking some g13 or some **** like that.

rap nowadays pretty much sucks. you hear the occasional decent song on the radio but for the most part it just sucks. Sad part is that the decent good song becomes old real quick after about the 10th time you hear it in one day.

BTW: I like Mike Jones and some of the other Swishahouse peeps. Texas hip-hop is definetly a different animal..
