I TOTALLY agree with your statement . I'm only eighteen, but I would never want some kid to chase a ball into the road, stopping right in-front of me.

Speeding near schools is a big No-No.

That's my favorite thing too.

My commute is only 10 miles so I have to get the most out of a 25 minute drive. The down ramps to I-94 in downtown Chicago are so short that it takes a full launch just to get to freeway speeds at the bottom of the ramp. I can get to 80 at times on Lake Shore Drive, but that's if there's no traffic and only after I know I've passed the cop assigned to radar duty.

I find myself doing at least 70 on the freeway and the sky's the limit if I am on I94 between Chicago and Detroit!

I pretty much don't go too fast, but I pass every car in front of me... I can't stand to be behind people. I look 1/2 mile ahead at all times and plot my course through the traffic.

I usually drive about 5-10 MPH over the speed limit. When im in a good mood, ill open her up occassionally, but i don't go too crazy (depending on ur definition). I got my escort 8500 helping me out, so im not too worried. I also cant stand driving behind people, especially in my town where everyone likes to do 5-10 MPH UNDER the speed limit. Thats when i like to zoom past people and watch them disappear in my mirrors. I think ive learned is that the EVO is an amazing passing car!

5-10 on residential, depending on area. Sometimes faster. On highway its 10 over and sometimes i'll just gun it for fun and when i look down a few seconds later i am at 110-115...oops...but i never go that fast for more than a few moments. I am generaly a grandma with my car when lugging around town and on the highway.

I can only describe my situation as the famous charactor Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde by R. L. Stevenson. I am mostly Dr. Jekyll, mild and mellow. But if you catch me during rush traffic, prepare to meet Mr. Hyde with fangs and horns. Sometimes, I really feel bad about being so freakin rude to my fellow motorists. But daily commute on the I-10 will definitely get the best off of you. I usually don't know how fast I am going coz at the speed I am going I really can't afford to look elsewhere but the road. But if there is no traffic, it normally just takes me about 15 mins from UCLA to Diamond bar....so you can figure it out.....I know....

I play a game I like to call, "Pigeon"! I stay in the left-lane and wait for some buttmunch to pass me going fast, and hang behind them a 1/2 mile and match their speed. I use my radar detector for extra insurance. I call them Pigeons because, they send me the message about trooper positions on the highway. Works great! highly recommended
Pigeons were used in WWII to send messages back to HQ, so that's where the name of the game comes from!!!!!

do you live in new jersey or ny? 287 is fairly common to see where cops pit out, if you are coming down from exit 55 to 7.
