I drive 5 over the speed limit and 15 over the highway. I HAVE to do this because I'm only 16.

Just saw the thread.

Usually b/t 70-85 on the highway (s.l.=60) but I have taken it up to +/- 130

major non-interstates i do about 50 which are limited at 40 and neighborhood/residental i do the limit. I don't play around where kids play around

I used to drive flat out in my modified S15 but when I lost my license in it for speeding I slowed down. Now I havn't had a ticket for about 3 years now (touch wood). I never really speed on the motorway keep it to 105-110km/h but I do tend to accelerate fast around town. Still gotta be careful though everytime I put my foot down I'm looking 100 meters down the road to see if a jackass is going to pull out in front of me. I think the average person dosn't understand how fast something like an Evo can be on full song.

Yep, exactly the same here for me, unless I see a car I wanna catch up to, then I speed up a bit, but I usually aim at keeping it under 10 over.

I drive like a granny usually. I have no desire to raise my insurance rates with silly tickets.

I've noticed a weird trend though. The faster I can drive, the slower I _do_ drive. Like IE_Evo said, "only when I need it". I don't need it on public highways.

Unhappy

drive 10mph over speed limit in ATL GA, dude, everyone drive around 85mph even throught 55 limit near the downtown area...

AND NOW... st. louis..... sucks, soo many cops and they pull you over for like 10 mph and eveyone here drives heck sloww; they actually obey the limit. I guess ppl in the north do drive slow.

And i just got a ticket on the way to UIUC in IL, where i was going 85... damn.... the cop said he spotted my wing

in the city, of course i drive slow, they have this NO TOLERANCE speed limit thing... and too many pot holes. seriously, STL, fix the road up, doesnt snow taht much here
