ok its been a while but just incase i left anyone hanging yes they settled in and they dropped to the companies specs 1.5 fron and 1 rear i have also taken the car to auto-x events and on tracks and the ride is deff stiffer and more responsive there is still no knocking that i hear and the feels even more controllable

 

OoOoOo...... I get mine in the morning!!! I will post pics of mine before and after the install.
