Heh. I went to HS in the surrounding area. We all hated New Trier and thought the kids there were a bunch of rich ****** (no personal offense to you of course...). I've talked to a mother who sent her kids there and even she agreed with me on that point.

 

he prolly put a skyline badge on it so thought it was teh quickness...

i deal with ppl like this all the time... mainly just the wanna-be-tuff guy rappa thugs... once one actually picked up a knife while looking over, i picked up my Sig... (while holstered and unloaded... just to put it on the seat next to me, not to flash at him *cough*)

 

oh, this kid is fricken loaded. He has...for HIMSELF...an acura rsx with a few grand in it, a civic with a few grand in it, and a stock g35.

 

i would agree with you. I hate most of the people at the school...theyre all rich stuck up ****** who shove it in others faces that theyre richer than everyone.

Stock g35 or modded? Stock you would've walked all over him. Maybe he posted on some G35 sites and learned that he is not all that quick. I love the G35's interior and certain aspects of its performance, but the Evo will own it in the 1/4 mile stock to stock. (unless Evo driver, like me, cannot drive stick for a damn)

You mean Indiana? Ok first of all... you're not even in the right state. New Trier is in Illinois. North suburbs of Chicago actually... quite possibly the richest area in all of the midwest.

ionno, but since when were G35's even "fast"? Your car is what, a 12 second car? In order for a G35 to get even anywhere near that you need thousands of dollars, crazy weight reduction and you'd have to know what the hell to do with it....which I doubt he does.

Does he even know what an Evo is?...make sure you show'em its not just a lancer with a body kit, and just because we have big *** wings that work..

This reminds me of back in high school when some kid with a Maxima thought he could beat my buddy's WRX stock vs stock and bet him $100...

Usually the person who has the nerve to "challenge" someone is the moron who knows nothing, and will ultimately lose.

I say take him on...make sure u record every moment of it...and post it all over the net...thatll have him watching 2F2F for weeks...

 

he now wants to race me in his civic. From what i hear, its a late 90's civic with a new exhaust, intake, a turbo (probably a small one) and a ****LOAD of nos. He thinks that by adding nos his car will immediately become a 10 second car

 

ha ha ha....very funny. the only problem is....i live in illinois....about 75-100 miles away from any corn fields, however i do drive through many of them to get to my lakehouse in wisconsin.

a twin turbo upgrade on a G35/350Z is incredibly expensive. considering that it sounds like you guys are in high school, the chances of him boosting is leaning towards the 'unlikely' side. i'd say you have a very good chance of beating him.

however, if he's boosted and you guys go from a roll this would change.. you are going to need some mods and great driving skills to guarantee you a win.

3" TBE, Intake, Flash, and Cams outta do the trick.. hopefully

 

thats nuts. my brother is a senior in a pretty affluent school district and seeing kids with three brand-new turbocharged cars is an anomaly, let alone a rarity.
