hey, i cant link in the info as it isnt up on car and drivers website yet, but in the new (May 05) issue they drive the new 2006 evolution IX. they have some interesting stuff to say. includes some pricing info, approx. release date, and a few great quotes from Hiroshi Fujii or the real Dr Evo, leader of the 100 man evo R&D for mitsu. anyway, i dont want to spoil it if no one has read it, but i will update the link as soon as Car and Driver updates to the May issue on their website. the title of the thread is due to the comments Dr. Evo made regarding the 07 Evo 10 and how possibly it may have a much softer ride, much smoother spool, and perhaps even paddle shifting capabilities. i saw the issue in a supermarket magazine rack, the article is on page 97 and may be worth looking into.

Unless it's just massively horrid looking. I'm still kinda thrown why some would trade their 8 for a 9..unless you don't owe much on your car. Although an article came out claiming the 9 does 0-60 in 4.4 sec.

 

I would like to get the leather seats on the EVO 9.
