Red face mitsubishi says danger. MUST READ

HI ALL. i have an 03 evo 8 and it has problems. witch are oil light comes on, and trans pops out of gear. but what im posting for is for all your safty if u dont no. mitsu says the oil light will stay on if your low on oil, out of oil, high oil psi, or low psi. mitsu also says if the oil light blinks the car has a serious problem and to pull over asap and shut it down. also the light go's out when u hit the gas. i got this info from the main tec who ever that is. he also said it says this info is in the owners manual. the car is being towed to mitsu now and i will have updates on the problem. so please tell all evo owners. this issue. and ceep this post going for all to see if they did not no this info yet. thanks and wish my evo luck. hope no 1 has this problem

Did you not break the car in properly? 500 miles...I have heard many EVO VIII owners complaining of this, and many admitted to disregarding the break in suggestion of the manufacturer...

If the oil light comes on in any car you should immediately stop and figure out what is wrong. This is a serious problem in all cars, not just the Evo.

IF the oil light comes on... I think I get what he's saying... and that explains why mine didn't come on when the engine ate the last drop of oil and gave itself a nice pretty rod knock.

Ok...just for clarifcation

BLinking Oil Light....Serious Probs- Pull over, shut down ASAP

Steady Oil Light.....Low or no oil, or Oil Pressure problem

Maybe you misunderstood us. We want to help, but you insulted us with that post. How much longer does it take to clean up your post? 3-4 minutes is my guess. I don't need it to be perfect (I don't make perfect sentences either), but your post is unintelligible.

Perhaps this question and answer will help:
Do you type like that at your job?
Definitely not.

Why not?
Your boss would fire you.

Why would he fire you?
He would be insulted by the messiness of that post.

We're not teachers, we're not getting paid to try and understand your unintelligible post.
