03 23,000 miles excellent condition with a turbo timer, is 24k a good price?

I would say not.............with good negotiating skills you can pick up a brand new '04 "GSR" (maybe even an '05) off-the-lot for just over invoice (around $29k maybe).

Plus, buying used you have no idea to what extent it was used & abused by the original owner (no matter how good it looks cosmetically). Also, the IX is out later this year and the re-sale price of the VIII will take a "big" hit.

If you're looking to buy used, I would defintely wait until the IX arrives....you will have a better selection to choose from at a lower price.

i pick up a 04 evo8 for 26K! I dont care what anybody says! I been going to all these dealers and I could not get the invoice price dropped! I was going to get a new evo8 with the leather and sound package for 33K+. well I got all that with only 6K miles on it for 26K.
hey its under warranty and I got long way to go before that expires!

If you know how to negotiate it's not all that difficult to get a new Evo now at invoice or just over (some people have purchased below invoice).
