i have looked on Defi's website and i can't find their 800 number does anyone have it? I need to get my Amber DF boost gauge replace.

It seems they're 1-800 number is hard to come by. If you speak Japanese I can give you they're number directly in Japan, lol.

On a lighter note, on their website you can find a technical troubleshooting inquiry form that you can fill out. I suppose that is your best route right now.

 

i did that on tuesday and i haven't heard back.

 

Do they give an ETR?

 

they said "will respond within 2days" i just found a email address for Defi. i'm going to try that

if you read your paperwork that comes with your gauge, you're supposed to go back through your vendor for replacements.

erm, they have to. Who'd you buy it from, etc.

 

no shop "has" to take it back for warranty. If he got the gauge from some internet clearinghouse he most likely wont get any warranty service cause he didnt buy it directly from a Defi dealer.

hopefully he did buy it from a authorized defi dealer!

 

i assumed anyone with half a brain, bought from an authorized dealer, rather than saving $5 on ebay.

 

This isn't a return or exchange it is a warrenty. And decent vendor will help you out.
