THere is one real easy way to do it. Move out of your parents house, be a man, and install them in you own garage. hahahahaha just kidding. Jealousy is a SOB. SHould have made it to the track yesterday. You would have had some fun.

Just do one at a time...mark the belt where the stock gears TDC mark is, then cut the ties on one of the gears, put the aftermarket gear on, lining it up with the mark you made on the belt...zip tie that one back to the belt...repeat with the second gear....make sure to keep the timing belt pulled up so it doesnt slip off the crank...then you will have to retime the car...as long as you dont let the belt slip and get the new gears on the right teeth (simple) you wont have any issues

^^ it looks pretty straight forward. I found another site with a pretty good install: http://www.streetracing.org/home.php...w&id=1072&pg=1 ......it shows how to install cam gears, although the instructions don't elaborate too much. Oh well, every little bit helps, i hope!

It would be nice if someone could do a write up on how to install only cam gears. We have many how to but haven't seen this one yet.

you wont need anything unless you are installing head studs...and they come with the grease you need...i would suggest getting some gasket sealant and a quart of oil...you will need the sealant for the angles of your valve cover and the oil to pour on the cam guides when they are installed...other than that you dont need anything else besides tools....like i said, make sure you have someone to help you!! and be sure to not drop any rockers or bolts into the head!!
