Pulled over for having stock exhaust!! Any other victims?
Me and my friend with a 03 wrx got pulled over by a state police for doing 50 on a 35 and having after market exhaust. My friend had a hks carbon ti exhaust and I had the stock 4" muffler. We were doing no more than 45 tops. The freakin cop did not use radar or lidar and claimed to have followed us for 2 miles. BS!! How come he didnt pull me over for running an orange light. @$$hole.
The cop pulled over my friend at first, and I pulled to a parking lot near the street. After giving my friend the ticket, **** went up to me and asked for my license and registration. He got the nerve to tell me that I shoulda just left and not have come back.
Any other victims who have had this problem and what actions you took.
I am going to file a vehicle discrimination and racial profiling!! Any advice would be appreciated.

you got ****ed with just cuz you stopped for your friend! =( I can't tell you what legal action to take, but that's ****ty! you know, they record every stop, so that's something you may have on your side. But since you DID stop (even if out of friendly loyalty), they still may use it against you. best of luck!!! =)

Im going to appeal the charges even if it I gotta take it to the supreme court. Luckily I work at Harvard Law School, I will try to get some advice with some professors there.
Any chances of me suing MITSU for making 4" exhuasts lol? Let me know you guys want to file a class action suit. Then MITSU will really go out of business.

sorry about your luck, but i learned long ago, that if you are in a pack of cars at a high rate of speed (with family, freinds, other evo's, whatever) you just keep driving if someone gets stopped. never a good idea to stop anywhere in the vicinity. just my .02, good luck with the ticket.
