I am headed down there the 2nd weekend in May (14 and 15) and I can't wait. I will be the only car rolling with a group of about 5 sportbikes. Some of them have cars that would be fun to bring, but its different on a bike! I will be on the lookout for other evos.

 

I really want to take my evo down there this year, but I live in NY !! I think it would be worth the trip but damn, it's over 800 miles from me. I'll consider coming down, but remember to take pictures for us if you go...

 

umm leave those twisties to the bikes(being a biker also) i understand how the car is going to stick to the road but heard bad story that takes up both lanes(being a one way each way) so be careful of the bikers cos they dont have many options to do when they are on their side dragging a knee.. i feel that a place like that would be more for bikers, and the evo would be able to shine better in a closed course where theres room to play

im going down from the 14-21 my brother rented 2 houses down there taking the zx-7r down along withe a bunch of other bikes never been there before but heard alot of good things about it maybe ill pass by you down there or if you want theres a couple of beds left my brother is chargeing 125 per person for the week if you want to stay the whole week

 

blah, im just on both side of the spectrum and know how it feels shen cagers are doing crazy things. just a heads up to keep an eye out for them, i wont be able to change your mind

 

I have a 512 meg card in my digital camera, so pics I will have! I am bringing the car because its the only road legal toy I have right now. I had a few sport bikes when I was in my early twenties, but I have the wife and a daughter now and that changes things a bit. When my daughter is old enough, the wife and I will probably get bikes again (we both had Honda 600 f3's when we got married). I can definitly see the urge to go to a place like this with a bike, but I am so excited to go out and play with the car I cant help it. I sent my ecu out today to get flashed just in time for the trip! Besides, I feel at ease knowing that my friends have made this an annual trip for the past 3 or 4 years, so they know what to expect and the best places to go. I will be in an tarmac black, so holler if you see me.

 

that's awesome. me too, one day, marry a girl who loves speed and moving metals just as much as I do.



anyway, maybe the 3rd weekend of May, the EVO GA could setup something for the Dragon.
