Just for EVO it's not. EVO looses.
But it's typical BestMotoring video. It has a lot about new JDM STi, then Legacy S401 STi, STi WRC (Japanese are rallying! ), a BS on track comparision of two EVOs and three STis, and a quick flick about RX-8.

Hmm, the missed shift in the RS cost the evo the whole race, the evo was seriously riding the STi's ***, oh well. We will wait and see the STi vs Evo 8 race and see what happens.

A waste of a download, although I used a DS-3 line for it.
The movie has NOTHING to do with Evo. The only time you see the Evo in action is at the end of the movie, when they compare the Evo 7 GSR v/s 7 RS v/s STi v/s Spec C. And even that race doesn't mean much. You cannot realistically compare cars in a wheel to wheel race. There is way too much room for operator error, as seen in that movie.

And to top it off, it's all in Japanese anyways. If you are a Subie fan you will love the movie. If you're an Evo fan waiting for an Evo movie, you'll be like "what the f***".

...and if you're basis you always have negative opinions about anything!
It's a great footage regardless if it doesn't suit your taste.
