today as i was driving my evo i came to an intersection. stopped looked both ways and went...then a car decided not to stop at all coming from the other direction......The Evo that i haved owned since August of '03 is now totaled...all the time and money spent... some people should not have there liscense. my rims aren't even here yet. Does life go on??? i am sooooooo depressed

Did you walk away? Yes? Good. Who gives a $hit about the car; it's replaceable. Yeah, you'll lose some money if you don't buy the car back but you still have your life and your health. A lot worse could have happened. When the insurance cheque comes then buy yourself a new Evo and all will be well again .

 

I am sorry to hear that. But, you've mentioned you stopped, looked both ways??? So what is the point of looking both ways if you are going to go regardless. Anyways, make sure their insurance pays for everything. At least you are ok.
