Thanks! this goes to show the real power of the EVO. This is only my second time doing a track day. Ive dont countless auto X's, but they dont translate. The Evo with a proper suspension setup is almost unbeatable and easy to drive.

I will be at Pocono June 17th or 18th. SCCA has a track day there. First time tracking the evo, 2nd track day I will have gone to. Your video was definately cool. I assume you had a good time a Pocono? Have you been to any other tracks? I went to Beaver Run last year, it was awesome. I was driving my Acura GSR, type r motor, cams, suspension etc..very fun day, looking forward to this one!

Driver Driver Driver.. Driver

nice video , but some of the lines that the GT3, Turbo and Z06 took were . i think driver being equal, the story would've been a little different.

Did you get your coilovers from Works? If so, what stage are they and did you use their "preset" setting?

Thanks.

Nice vid.

I have alot more video i can post. You are correct about the "driver driver driver" , but I only showed the real quick passes. I have hours of video where it took a lap or two to pass better driven Z06's. Still..... my sencond trackday and street tires. Most of the Z06's were on hoosiers. Even so I was not passed all day and never had that much trouble catching anyone.

Not raining on your parade at all. Your driving skills plus set up are definitely awesome. I do, however, think that autocross helps you out in road racing as far as pushing the car to it's grip limit. Just like, in my opinion, go-karting has a direct port over to road racing and helps a lot.

Anyhow, what's your set up for suspension? Alignment and all... Just curious!
