Trading 05 sti for 03/04 used Evo

Whats up everyone my name is Ryan and unforunately my car payment for my sti is ridiculous so i'm in the market for a used car in the low 20's range so I dont have to pay a fortune to keep my car. If anyone knows any dealers with used evo's for a good price just let me know -thanks, ryan

You are in MA, right? Please check out Herb Connolly Mitsubishi, they are in Natick, MA off of Rt. 135. I know they have a few 03/04 EVO in stock, I bought my 05 from them and they are OUSTANDING, their service is top notch (Their service guys have 11/12 sec. DSMs and G-VR4s) and their salesman wont dick you around, please AVOID going to BOCH, they are a bunch of ****** down there. If you have any questions about them PM me, I am 100% happy with my experience there.

Their webapge is: http://www.cars.com/herbconnolly/mitsubishi/index.html

Yea it shows they have 2 03 used evo's there both grey color which isn't bad. Is there anything I should look at or ask on the phone about a used evo? Obviously whoever owned it beat on it a lot or a little cause who doesn't..... Is there anything different between the 03 and 04's? If anyone knows someone selling a used evo at a dealership in MA please let me know. Thanks -Ryan

Ryan, have you considered an RS? You'll have to give up the comfort goodies but you get a brand new Evo for about $10,000 less than an STi.

Are you able to get out of the STi without being upside down? If you trade-in your car at a dealership they will lowball you like there's no tomorrow.

Good luck with the sale, and I hope you can find a reliable Evo.

They sometimes have a few more than listed, give them a call to find out exactly.

No I probably wont be able to get out of the sti upside down because I put no money down on my car. So lets say they give me 28k for my sti and I find a evo for 21k so add 2k to 21 to make it 23k which is still better then paying $30,800 for my sti...

My payment is $639 a month and $384 for insurance.... My interest rate is either 9.2 or 9.7 Hopefully the evo will be in the 500's area...

384/month for insurance? Damn dude either you are really young or have a crappy driving record. I'm 24 and pay 100 a month on my STi with progressive and a clean record.
