I personally had good luck with them, good price, communication and very fast shipping. Sorry others are having issues.

Vivid is worthless. the absolute worst comany I have ever dealt with. The owner is a pure a$$hole to his customers. Their employees are lazy, never return calls and rude if you ever do get to talk to them. Their attempts to satisfy customers are pitiful. They continually lie to their customers, and do everything they can to rip you off. I should know, I spent over 10g's at one time with them. Wish I would have known how bad they were before I even considered them. I hope this information gets around a lot more, put the scum out of business.

Dude, I had a bad experience with them a few months back, but was forced to buy pads from Vivid recently...Dan is a good guy and cares more than most think...its the employees who ruin it...I think the only problem I have with them, and ALL other companies is setting expectations and not following through with them...

Maybe it is because I bought their car but everything that they did before and after including additional items purchased for another Evo has been as good as any vendor that I have dealt with.

Not in America. The customer is always right. Even if he is illiterate, retarded, or foreign

Vivid has a history of these kind of issues. This thread is a repost/repeat. Buyer beware! Do a search!

my experience with vivid ? i had one of the early evos back in the spring of 2003. they sold me a set of H&R lowering springs and told me i'll be getting them in 2 weeks. a month later, they said it was still on a ship. 2 months later, they said it was hung up in customs.
another month passed and i finally got tired of the bs and called H&R. they told me that the springs were still in developement and they will be available in about a month. wonder what part was on the ship and held by customs ?
on a good note, i was given credit for the refund and i bought some parts they had in stock and high-tailed outta there, knowing that i was one of the lucky ones.

my first 2 orders with them went without a hitch (turbo timer and exhaust). i was wondering why they were getting bad reviews from other customers. then the springs issue came up... what am i supposed to say ? 2 out of 3 aint bad ?
they sold me a product that didnt exist, charged my card and lied about the parts shipping and being held at US customs.
