RNR turbo upgrade experience!!!
Well I finally got back from college last night and got a chance to check out my car for the first time since it was lightly modified and all I can say is WOW!! First thing I did was look under the hood to the sexy RNR manifold(pics up later). As i turned the ignition, the car cranks for about 3-5 seconds and then starts due to the oil being pumped through. That is truly the only driveability issue I experienced with the aem. As soon as I hit the onrap I accelerated at WOT through 4th gear and damn this car is soooo fast. Before driving I believed the turbo lag would be huge, but let me tell you that this forum exxagerates the gt35 turbo lag greatly. Once you hit 4000rpms it completely throws you back in your seat unlike any turbo i've felt. I'm boosting at 25lbs by the way. Word of Warning: My exhaust got about 1000 times louder from these upgrades. I'll post pics and a full review later, right now I'm gonna go drive
Oh yeah BTW: Credit goes out to AMS for building and tuning. These guys are truly the best in the country.

Nice man, RNR keeps coming out with great products. How long did it take to get the tuners to get the AEM all dialed in, and about how much did they charge you an hour for that tuning? How much power did you make?

Sorry i didnt see the power part. I dont have numbers because it was road tuned rather than dyno tuned. And havent gone to the track yet b/c i just got in last night.
Because the RnR Kit is the bomb.
I am glad you got everything running well. I am interested to hear what kind of power you will be putting down. The car should be a monster. Honestly the lag of the GT35R is very overrated. With the proper supporting it works perfect and makes a great daily driver.
Did you get the 280's or 272's?
Are you still on the stock Intake manifold and throttle body?

still on the 264's for right now. I think next I will be going with an ignition upgrade, then stroker kit. Intake manifold will come later. The top end is perfect right now, I just have to improve low end power a little and start working on cosmetics.
