Definitely put it all towards the downpayment. That way you can start saving for mods and be happy in the knowledge that your warranty is in-tact whilst you're saving. Most problems with new cars will appear within the first year, so you can get everything fixed under warranty before you start modding. Plus, the car will be nicely run in.............
