I think it twitchy on the highway.......im selling my rs with only 2200 miles on it

 

warranty was only thing i hated about the car

 

warrenty and clutch are my only issues... although the first week the tiny hard to read speedo was hard to get used too

I have an 03 and not having a front lsd is a problem for me, but thats ok, I'm saving up for that! I still seem to have a healthy clutch though, so I can't rip on mine...yet.

 

No real flaw, cept that it keep raping my wallet!

 

 

Not having any mods.. i would love to just "Soop it up" but they thing is iam low on cash ... though work is picking up!!

 

Here's my input:

-Lack of Cruise control

-Recaro seats are a bit@h to recline

-Small gas tank (14gal.)

Other than that everything else is just peachy.

 

Don't care for the tail lights and the rattles (anyone know what would cause this it's in my front left panel, sounds like. . ) other than that it's super

 

it's pretty much perfect the way it is, just have to add some modd.

Not Having a little shift light

Cruise Control.

Too Much Maintance Work

Wing makes it hard to tell if there is a cop behind you.

Other than that Car is dream.

 

A flaw? A (meaning ONE flaw)...i love the Evo to death, but the car has a lot of flaws..I guess thats what we all get for wanting a race car.

-No cruise control, whereas the Lancer, WRX, and STi all have it.
-VERY high maintenance
-****ty Mitsu warranty
-Crappy dash/center console
-Flimsy interior pieces
-Engine bay is cramped and hard to reach a lot of places (ie: clutch cylinder for SS line installs)
-Clutch/flywheel assembly sucks
-T/C is piece of junk
-reg Evos got Enkeis while STi's got BBS
-03/04 didnt get ACD
-03 evo as well as 04 i think warranty is too limited
-HIDs arent bright enough.

 

Spoiler... Mine is steady as a rock at 120, unless my hands are twitchy, that steering wheel is so freaking sensitive

And I second the going through tires fast, after less than 20k miles with REALLY spirited driving I'm on my 3rd set of tires (not all have been advans AND I had winter tires on for 3 months ~4000 miles)

And Touge, really, it's whichever you prefer... I prefer the JDM MR headlights (blacked out, and lower amber) But the Evo is so hot out of the box... (most) everything else can only make it hotter

 

The paint.......just look at it the wrong way and it will scratch oh, and of course the warranty issue.
