I wonder if it would be fair to those Cobra guys if someone like Dave Buschur brought out his 8 second talon to race that Camero. I bet they'd be crying if Dave did that huh.... Anyways, the race isn't fair. It's not a kill. Bring a street car next time, not a pure drag only car that has to be tailored in.

Even though it was trailered in, that camaro is still a monster. Gotta give that guy credit for beating a 601 whp Evo.

 

The only reason I say that is because those guys are fine with a drag car only racing a street car. They are calling it a kill and are pretty happy with the results that domestic muscle rules. I'm just saying if I bring a funny car(import of course) into the picture, will they come out crying that it's not fair.
The Camero is a monster but so is a 7 second Honda Civic drag car(Steph Papa something).

 

By all rights they shouldn't. All I'm saying, is that a race is a race, no excuses. If the Evo owner was foolish enough to put money against that Camaro, he would still have to pay up.

What I would like to see, is a rematch on a drag strip. Of course the Camaro won from a rolling start, but would it be different from a stop?

I agree let just talk about street lega to street legal, that evo still the beast.

 

That EVO is Still Bad A$$. I got give props. Street car puttin a hurt on track cars.

 

I'd still take that evo over that camaro anyday!
