Question Question about Replacing Factory Performance Gauges

I'm planning on replacing the factory performance gauges. I'm going to upgrade with the Defi D gauges and the CH GruppeS center panel. I'm getting boost, oil pressure, and oil temperature.

My questions is: Can I use the factory Boost tube and factory oil temp wires to plug into the Defi D gauges, or do I have to take out all the factory wires and use the included Defi hardware?

Boost-yes. As long as the vaccum hose will fit the gauge it will work. Oil temp-highly doubtful. You will most likely have to replace the Mitsu sensor with the one supplied with the Defi gauges.

i agree with fsugatorbait on what he said. but it shouldn't be difficult at all if you have a basic knowledge of electronics to wire up the oil temp gauge with the wires that go into the stock ones. that is if there are the same amount of wires.
