agree with the wax idea FIRST.
Try a good cleaner wax.
Then I would try some rubbing alcohol before harsher solvents.

When I had a spot that wouldnt come off i tryed everything in this order: water, wd 40, rubbing alcohol, bug and tar remover, and then tryed nail polish remover and it worked with a little rubbing, didnt take any paint off either.

ok, i went to pep boys and he said that my best bet was to go to vintage car wash down the street, i take his word and go. they use some spray and it takes them about an hour till my car is done. it was a car wash, plus detailing for 35 dollars. looks clean, theres only two small chips where the paint is gone, other than that, the outcome is good. thanks for the help!
