Hi-Flow cat

Is there a difference betweent the 03/04 and the 05 cat? I have found a few hi-flow cats on ebay and they state for 03/04 evo model only? different 02 sensor or something?

The part number changes for '05 models, but not sure what the difference is. Bolt pattern and overall size appears to be the same.
