look its obvious the took my car for the sounds and for a joy ride. the ticket clearly says SOUND DEVICE RESTRICTION. i didint ask you if u think the story is bull **** or not i asked for help. i thank all u others for your help second of all i asked if its normal for a cop to jump in your car and drive it to the police station to get it impounded from their without a concent. what if he would of got into a car accident then what?

 

get legal help. dont go back to the police station or anything, before you get legal help.

God damn, I really wanted this to be b.s., sorry to hear man. Ideally, the mother fu**er should be shot, though that would only add to your troubles. The next best thing is to get a lawyer and sue the living sh*t out of the department and make it your business to see that the pig that arrested you is fired.

you REALLY gotta be kidding... It sounds like maybe you ran into "fake" cop wannabe joyriders? What city/state/COUNTRY did this happen? There is no way in hell a cop would drive another person's vehicle not calling the tow truck! They'd be responsible for SOOOOO many things!
