question about bov and mbc

Does the Greddy type s bov recirculate or do I have to buy a kit to do that.
and I was looking at this MBC, I was told it is one of the best from a guy down at the track.
O r should I stick with hallman mbc

the greddy type-s bov is already set up for recirc. all you will need to get is the bolt on flange kit and you're set. look on lancershop.com i think they are selling the two as a set.

you must mean that the new greddy bov that replaces the type-s doesn't recir b/c i run the type-s and it def is recirc. without any other kit. If you use the type-s and vta you will have idle issues. if you do go with the greddy make sure you do the singe spring mod. Search and you will find all the info on the type-s bov

imo this is a very personal decision depending on what you want. I think it has been talked about a lot that the greddy type-s is a great bov for ricirc but you don't get the loudest blow off sound that you might get with others out there. not saying this only b/c i own one i or my firends have also run the gfb and hks, jsut like the greddy better, IMO. Try doing a search b/c there is so much info already there on all kinds

and if it make my car sound cooler than thats just a plus.

then get the greddy type-s, installed min in 15 min with the bolt on flange, bolt up to all factory piping easily. holds boost very well and don't have any idling issues. Don't take my work for it though, search and see what others say and see what you like the best.

look on lancershop or most any other retailer on this forum. Lancershop has a good picture of it. Simple piece that bolts to the bottom of the bov and has a flange that will fit directly to the piping so that you don't have to solder anything. I bought mine used too so I just ordered the flange from lancershop. You will be happy

works rally concluded the GoFastBits bov was the best on the market.. most flexible and spring tension increases by turning a knob.. plus it has 16 positions of recirculate to vta ratios you can run, include full recirculate.

do you know if GFB makes more than one model? my friend ran the red one that sounds like the one you are referring to but on all settings he still had some issues so he changed too. Are you running the GFB, how do you like it?
