i heard that there is a BIG difference between a stock evo and a lightly modified evo, ie: mbc, tbe, intake, flash. is that so?

Well some TBE, intake, flashed cars are making 300-310whp and stock ones put around 230whp... so Id say a 70-80whp is quite a big difference.

the amount of mods that are available for this car is so overwhelming that I don't even know where to start
