what would you upgrade for a stock evo?

Instead of the DV Kit, get a Manual Boost Controller!

I think the cams would make the most sense AFTER all the other stuff he has listed, which free up a lot of air flow...

It depends what your long term goals are for the car. I hate spending money twice, so I would get a 3.5'' turbo back even though it's not really a 3.5'' turboback due to the 02 housing, but you'll never have to upgrade either.

Lightweight Battery kit and save the rest for a "When my clutch breaks" fund.

 

The APS BOV is much better than the MR valve, IMO.

I would also get an MBC, cams, and a fuel pump.

invest in $2000 worth of stock or junk bond. wait 5 months, then you'll double the money.

 

Or 1/2 it...

 

Turboback + Fuel Pump + Cams + MBC + Custom Tune = 300WHP+ and you may even have some money left over.
