I remember when you 1st had the accident and posted up the pics. Your car looks great, so it looks like you found a good body shop.
I had very similar damage to my car and and the shop did an excellent on mine as well.
I think my damage was in the neighborhood of 15 grand. The funny thing was the headlight was the single most expensive part, that blew my mind.

Yup same here the headlight was the most expensive part. In total it was about 11k to repair the car. The steering wheel is little off center I took it back and now its perfect.

I got all the work done at Absolute Magic in Tamarac. People are great and real nice I went to the shop atleast 3 times a week just to visit her. They even let me keep the old intercooler, which is for sale.

Same thing happened to me. I got cut off and hit a Jersey Barrier and overpass wall from the 180 off the barrier. Headlight just one was 1200 or whatever. Etc etc after all the stuff came out to 24000 in damage, yours looked worse in damage. cept I did mine a little different from the accident. I went with a Seibon TSII hood mr heads and tails and BFG KDWII's wrapped around SSR 18" Competions.

that looks awesome, looks like your shop did a great job!

So the handling and everything still feels the same on the car? Alignment and everything is perfect?

Im asking because i got into a minor collision about a month ago, mainly my suspension took the hit, i'm j/really paranoid that it won't drive as good as it did before once i get it back from the Collision shop

Also i don't know if your replacement body parts came pre-painted or if the bodyshop painted them for you, but if the shop DID paint them for you, i'd stay off the wax until your paint fully cures.

Why are you guys so worried about taking your care to a body shop? I understand if its a bad shop that does hack jobs, but any place that does a qaulity repair will be restoring the car to factory condition.

Because sometimes its hard to distinguish the hacks from the good ones.

Especially if you've only been in a certain area for a short amount of time.

Most of the time, whatever tow truck company comes to get your car takes it to whatever shop the insurance company has in their pocket. For those who may not know any better, it would be easy to get second rate quality from a shop thats only interested in the check from your insurance company.

I know I had to nearly force the guy that towed my car to take it to my house. He was all ready to take it to shop x. I sat on it for a couple days to research a reputable place.
