Since I already have a custom road tune by DF, What kind of HP can I expect to pick up from a retune since I added 272 cams? Is the big gain from the addition of the cams themselves or the tune for the cams? Right now my car feels better but is a retune necessary from a performance stand point? I know you will all say yes cause the old tune is for my setup minus the cams. The car feels damn nice to me but too much is never enough.

 

When I put my cams in I had them custome tuned...just putting them on, the cams alone gave my basline run additionall 18 WHP. After the tune it pulled out an additional 11WHP.
So I recommend a re-tune if you want to maximize the power of your cam install
