I let my EVO in a Mitsu dealer. Today they called me and told me that there is a problem with my engine control fan.
Once an Evo owner told me that there is a warranty issue about this problem. Where can I find this information?
Should they fix this problem for free?

There is a recall on the fan controller. They should fix it for no cost.

 

I just need to know if the Mitsubishi company recognizes as a manufacture problem.

 

I live outside USA, Where can I find this recall advice?
Probably they will try to convince me that this recall doesn't exist.

 

Sorry, I didn't notice you had a 7. Don't know about a recall for them, but the 8's definately do have that recall. Your dealer should be able to pull up any recalls or TSB's on the car. Maybe check the Lancer register forum for any Evo 7 recalls?
