i'm thinking of getting a bov when it rains can water get in the bov?

does anyone know if this is a problem? any info will be useful

 

no it can't. the BOV only opens to vent the air out of the intake track. there is now way water can get in there with air rushing out. by the way check your pm's if you already haven't

just like you said we all got to start somewhere. i didn't know much about turbo cars when i decided that i wanted an evo (2 years ago when they came out). i just read car magazines, asked friends and mechanics at shops and i eventually learned quite a bit. it just takes time. it will come eventually. rome wasn't built in a day. about the last part of your post, i agree 1000%.

warrtolan is a guy. he has a pic in his profile. around my way i have seen a few girls that drive evo's. one of them in particular defines the term "eye candy" quite well.

Yeah, and my point with bbyevo8u is that he is artificially raising his post count so that he can sell his car. He's playing dumb about the bov. He already has a TBE and is going to sell that, too.

Too bad whitevo guy didn't heed my warnings and played right into his hands.
