Smile Evo Redline Raiser

Ok so i hear about these evo's that pull hard to 7500 and 8000 what makes these cars allow this redline when the motor and turbo dont neccesarily have the balance to do this. do all of these cars i hear about have a blueprinted and balanced motor or is it pistons or justa flash and the car can handel it?

i dont understand though because your redline is a mechanical thing its there because the motor becomes unbalanced and dangerous after that so how does the computer do this

Redline refers to the maximum speed at which an internal combustion engine and its components are designed to operate without causing damage to the components themselves or other parts of the engine. The redline of an engine depends on various factors such as stroke, displacement, composition of components, and balance of components.

i realize the engine doesnt stop its self but i was wondering why the redline was set where it is on the motor if its safe to go past it. therefore i was wondering if it was safe to do then why didnt they do it from the factory in the first place

Mitsu sets the redline where they do in order to cover their asses so people don't go mis-shifting and over-revving and trying to fix it under warantee. The EVO's motor is actually safe to go much past what the stock redline is.
