Q about recirc the HKS SSQV BOV

Q about recirc the HKS SSQV BOV

I have been putting off running my recirc kit but finally decided to do it. I have the kit that the BOV mounts below the battery, I put the recirc fitting on the BOV but my Q is what do I buy to connect that to the intake tube because the peice coming out of the BOV is much smaller diameter than the peice going into my intake pipe. Is there something Im not seeing, or do I need some kind of a reducer? Thanks

My friend used a small section of radiator hose as a gromet between the SSQV intake outlet and the stock MAF hose inlet. You need one that has the inner diameter matching the SSQV outlet and an outer diameter that fits the MAF hose inlet.

VTA isn't that bad, it does eats up a little gas but just a little. And besides recirculation sounds horrible, gives no intimidation to those v8 RUSTANGES or CRUSTANGES "mustanges" . Stick to VTA, and also the HKS SSQV BOV won't stall on you like Greddy or other brands. Never happened to me once. Hopefully NOT. But if you want to recirculate then go to Lancershop.com, they have this adapter kit for 50$. Fits right on, but if your like me, who wants an intimidating sound then it is a waste of money. Trust me it is. But you also said that you had this kit where the BOV is mounted on the upIC pipe, uhmmm I'm not so SURE about that, but if you want to buy that kit from Lancershop.com. You might as well but it from me, I'll sell it to you for 30$, 20$ off the retail price. Only used for 2 days. Like I said up there, didn't like sound. Send me message or email me. Can't guarantee you that the recirculation kit will fit you BOV mounting kit though. For I not know how you kit looks like.

stock maf = recirculate

blow through maf = vta

Otherwise your hurting performance.
