What should I expect to pay for a 05 RS - (new)

I went by the local dealer in Van Nuys I was supprised they still had a big markup on all evos. I was expecting with the evo 9 around the corner I would be able to find a good deal, actually, I'm still expecting that

What kind of deal should I be able to find on a 05 RS for if I shop around? Any suggestions on which dealer to deal with in SoCal?

I E-mailed Tom at HB Mitsubishi and got a deal to good to post. If you walk in it will be hard to get the same deal because the salesman has little ones at home to feed.

Don't pay anymore then you are willing to pay. Check the internet for dealer cost and give them a few hundred more then that. Don't forget that taxes, delivery, etc. will add to that also. Just remember that they have to sell the car but you don't have to buy it and you will be alright. Even if they refuse your offer they will try to keep you at the dealership by counter offering. Just leave and in a few days they will call you and agree to your price.

you got to shop around for a bit...mitsu dealerships often mark them up over here and the rs generally go at least 29-30 g's the lowest...g/l on your search and try to go to autotrader or something...
