yes it comes with it .when i went to the la show it had the scoop in the morning and later in the day it was gone, maybe the reason they remove the shiftknobs, a/c & radio knobs before the show. i thinks some dumbass 
jacked it because he knew he never afford an evo. but i assure u it did have 1 in the morning.
