it is made from parts at home depot.... I have a few DSM buddies that bought that exact one... a yr. later...still holds boost precicely Its so cheap... take a chance and test thorough! Monitor it. I havent heard of any of my friends with it failing.

There is a DIY somewhere on the net to make that exact one from parts at home depot.

It costs about $6.50 to make.... can't blame the guy making them.. makin a few bucks profit off em... and with 12,000 sold... not bad on his idea.

I have one and its worked great for me for about 3 years. Holds rock solid due to the ball and spring design instead of the bleeder style.

I've seen those used on eclipses for a while, although I personally have no experience with them, they are somewhat popular with the DSM crowd. From what I understand, they are very reliable and work well.

www.vfaq.com has a LOT of old school DSM info that you guys should check out. It's a shame that many of you weren't around for the good old days of the Talon Digest.

yea.. assuming it is just a ball and spring design it should work fine...basically the same thing as any of the "higher end" manual boost controllers.. i know of a lot of guys as well that made their own boost controllers and they ended up looking like that...

install would just be the same as any other controller
