I sent my ecu in july 6 to have it flashed.I called on july 7 mike at turbotrix said it arrived and would be flashed and overnighted back. next day nothing came. Called mike at turbotrix he said someone broke his connector on his laptop and was havin another one overnighted and would have it done on monday july 11. No phone call and no responses to emails finally get ahold of mike he said his buddy lost the software that allows him to flash ecu said he was sorry and would mail me back the ecu.
last time i do buissness with turbo trix. ive also have had a rental since my ecu was sent off.plus the cost of $23 with insurance

does anyone know how dynoflash is? do they have better service and deliver on time?

 

how is dynoflash? do a search buddy, not trying to be an *** but everyone else will tell you the same. Some ppl swear by TT and others dynoflash.

 

I've personally dealt with Al at Dynoflash both mailin and custom tune. I have nothing but excellent things to say about him. You won't be sorry.

 

I do not want to start any vendor flame fest here - I repesct TT and Mark's work.

However, I wanted to say that I take GREAT pains here at Dyno Flash to get each and every ecu out the SAME DAY I get it. There have been rare cases in which a handful of ecus may have been delayed an extra day due to unforseen circumstances, however 99.99% of them all go out by fed ex the same day i get them.

Also, I have 4 sets of flashing cables and two complete flashing computers as a back up so that there can be no disruption in service do to equipment failure.

The airline damaged the security device that goes in the back of my laptop, i have the software. The problem is that chip is married to my software and there is no way around it. A new one has to come out of japan and it will take two days. Sorry for the mess, and i can refund your two days of car rental if you would like .. I know mike had talked to you on the phone, and i was in texas this weekend. My apologies..

i understand when one thing goes wrong everything seems to follow suit
i know this because i own and a elctrical company. i sent my ecu to you guys because i read in these forums how great your customer service is and it shows by your offer
i hope you guys can get your software and connectors fixed. that like me without electrical wire and a drill

I have nothing but positive things to say about both DynoFlash and Turbo Trix. Al from DynoFlash did me a huge personal favor in the past, and Turbo Trix tuned my car to the upper edge of performance for the mods that were on it.

Kudos to both of them.

 

Al is the man, not just because everyone says it... but we looked at some cows and made fun of some bulls while he was tuning my car. His flash took my car from slower than stock to faster than most with my mods. He is an awesome tuner and knows his shizzzz. DYNOFLASH all the way!!!!!
