Its their JOB to sell a car..and to sell a car youve got to have some knowledge about it..ya he didnt know everyhting but come on...a 2.4l!? Maybe they just need to go spend some time and read up on the specs..and tell buyers that are about to invest 30k into a car the RIGHT INFO not bullshi*..and if you dont know it DONT MAKE STUFF UP! id rather have a slaes man say "to be honest with you i am not sure how many liters" maybe that wont make the sale...but it sure would stop them form looking like a dumbass and a big money hungry liar

who cares about what salesmen know or think about the cars they are selling? The most best way to find information about cars is to research them on your own. Just use the salesmen to get the price you want, not to gain extra knowledge about the car.
thats gold old soon to be bankrupt mitsu i hate them the only car that "might" save them is the EVO. the funny thing is that they dont even advertise it much (not around where i am at, ohh and i am not complainning that means not every person would be driving it) so what have we learned mitsu dealers are garbage sorry let the war begin

^^ +1.
Unfortunately, that's the way it goes.... they don't have to know any more about the cars than a Mickie D's employee has to know about the double cheeseburger! Cut the mayo, please....
