Need help with stereo install

Well, it's actually this: http://www.omnifimedia.com/products/...12541&partner= but I am having trouble figuring out how to mount the faceplate. I already swapped out the head unit and have left it in the stock location. I also bought the lower 'relocation' kit and have the replacement for the cubby hole and 2 brackets. The brackets look like this:

No big problem, right? Well, the brackets on the face plate for the Omnifi look like this:

Also, when the Omnifi faceplate is put in the hole there is a few mm worth of space round the whole unit. Is there a kit I can buy that will allow me to mount this and also fill the space round the faceplate or am I going to have to try and fabricate something myself?

That's what I did with my JVC headunit too, but this isn't a headunit it's just a faceplate with some brackets (as you can see in the picture I posted). The holes on the OEM mounting plates are horizontal but they are vertical on the faceplate.

Your more than likely going to have to fabricate a bracket for that.
