Different dynojets, diff A/F readings?

Different dynojets, diff A/F readings?
I had my car dynoed on 2 different dynojets. They both returned similar results in HP/TQ, but their A/F ratio readings were very different.
The A/Fs were set on Dyno 1, and my HP readings are quite low for my mods (~20-25 WHP low)
According to Dyno 2 my A/F is very rich and there's room to tune in more HP and stay at the safe A/F tuned in on Dyno 1 (~10.5-11, perhaps inaccurate).
Whats the best way to verify my A/F. I have a UTEC... what should I get to verify my A/F on my own?
