I'm getting a 3" calaytic covertor today. I do understand they don't make bolt-on for my Evo VIII and that i will have to weld it on . Will i pass emmissions ? I have an 03 Evo VIII...... Thanks in advance 
Erm, I am pretty sure a few vendors make bolt on cats. Ultimate-racing.com has one.
EDIT: Be sure to run the cat for 45min-1hr at highway speeds before bringing your car in for emissions, otherwise you will probably fail.
