Best motoring is so useless. They have skilled drivers and not so skilled drivers. I have seen videos where a RX7 is behind a type R integra for 3 laps...... then all of the sudden the RX7 guy decides to start driving..... what a crock...

So...similiar, the Evo guy could just suck at driving, or didn't feel like running hard, etc......

If know what they were saying or could read chinese you'd know the evo RS was the 2nd fastest behind the old spec C since they remove some member making it lightest among all. The reason the EVO VII RS got passed is because the driver missed a gear on the straight.
