I have ordered many things from lancershop.com and never had poor customer service. They have been nothing but helpful!

 

Yeah Lancershop has not been very good to me in the past. It took me literally two months to get a stupid A/F gauge, one month for a hallman MBC, over three month for a blitz induction cover so I decided to cancel, etc. Their stock icon things under the products aren't accurate for $hit. One other thing I've noticed is that Evomoto is also under the same parent name of "mastaminds" so I think it's the same company. I've had some good and some bad with them. Overall I only order my small stuff from lancershop because I really can't find it anywhere else. All of my major purchases are from gruppe-s, 500whp, and gnvmotorsports.

I just ordered something from gruppe-s a few days ago and the day after I received an email telling me that my item was on backorder for over a month. I decided to cancel and two days later I received a refund notification. This is customer service, pay attention lancershop.

 

lancershop is the only place i order from. have made over 20 orders with them and never a problem. dont let 1 persons bad experience keep you from buying from this great place. they let you know if it is drop shipped and will take longer. longest i had to wait was for a koyo radiator drop shipped and it took about 10 days.

 

i just got rallyarmor mud flaps from them and they came within the week awsome store

 

I have had great experiences with lancershop.com when you call the 800 # and ask for customer service to give you a call they do so as fast as they can and have treated me great.

 

its more than one person call there customer service and they have no clue who you ordered froma s they are customer service with MULTIPLE companies. IDK I just think thats not good cistomer service.

 

i ordered a buddy-club radiator cap for my MR from lancershop ... the cap wo'nt fit ... and it ended up in the radiator of my 02 RAV-4 ... tsk tsk tsk ... bad for the business ...

 

They sent me used bushings all just thrown into a box one of the clips was bent.

Other than that they ship fast "if it's in stock"....

 

I just ordered from them last week. My order came in within 5 business days. We had a small problem with the order but it is being taken care of now.
If you have a problem just pm Justin on this board he will take care of you

Just placed an order and have tracked it by Fedex. If it gets here as scheduled, it will have been 3 business days. Will report back.

Never had a problem resolving any issues here. Ordered tons of stuff from them.

 

Sorry to hear that...I ordered a lot from Lancershop.com and never had an issue. I don't know where you live, but I live pretty close to them and I always get my orders faster than I am expecting. I've always had good cust. service, they always call back the same day I leave the message.

 

not 1 issue here, and i got a free shirt! not my size tho.
